The workshop will include lessons about the double cleansing method- removing all makeup and impurities from the skin- followed by the Gua Sha tool to help clear stagnant lymph and detoxify the skin. This will also help stimulate collagen and improve muscle tone

Known for and used in ancient eastern physical therapy to treat and ease muscle tension, gua sha stones help drain stagnant lymph, helping give a natural lift to the face by sculpting the cheeks and jawline while also stimulating collagen. Jade and rose quartz gua sha tools have cooling properties that both calm and reduce inflammation, making it a highly sought after treatment for those who are interested in addressing signs of aging, sinus congestion, and lymphatic drainage.
