  • Almost anyone would benefit from this peel as it addresses all concerns. It's safe for Fitzpatrick's I-VI. Results will be seen from a single session however most concerns will be best addressed by a series. You are able to get this peel as often as every 4-6 weeks. This peel treats:

    • fine lines

    • pigmentation

    • acne scarring

    • texture

  • Before receiving this peel, you must use a Vivant retinol for a minimum of 4-6 weeks before peel application. This is to ensure that you have a nice even peeling and also maximizes result. People with pigmentation and people with Fitzpatrick V-VI should also be using the 8% Mandelic serum in addition to the retinol to help inhibit the overproduction of melanin.

  • Post-care is very important due to the level of peeling. The entire peel cycle is anywhere from 5-7 days with the heaviest days of flaking on days 3-5. You should never pick or try to remove the dead skin as it may cause irritation and potentially pigmentation. The only products used post-peel should be the products provided in the post-care kit, Green Tea Cleanser, Recovery Balm, and Day Treatment SPF 15. Remember this peel clears impactions so you may experience some purging. You also may notice pigmentation darkens before lightening.

    • Cleansing should be done very gently with hands and lukewarm water

    • Recovery Balm should be applied liberally after cleansing and throughout the day always keeping the skin moist

    • Day Treatment SPF 15 should be applied in the morning

    • Pregnancy/nursing

    • People with unstable diabetes

    • People on Accutane (or within 6 months of use)

    • People with malignant skin tumors, skin disease, rosacea, warts, sunburn, or active herpes infections. These conditions need to be improved prior to doing the peel.

    • Rosacea

    • Clients with open acne lesions <br>

Avoiding sun exposure before and after this peel is very important. If you are wanting this peel in preparation for a special event, it's best if you plan to come in for at least 3-4 weeks prior to event day. Never try to "squeeze" this peel in before a special occasion.
