How it works…
1. IN-DEPTH CONSULTATION
Meet 1-on-1 with one our expert Estheticians so we can get to know your unique skin situation and goals.
2. STREAMLINED TREATMENT PLAN
Receive a detailed treatment plan from your Esthetician and begin your scheduled treatments over a 3 month period.
3. BESPOKE PRODUCT REGIMEN
Your Esthetician will curate a personalized at-home skincare regimen. All products will be provided to you at no extra cost.
4. REGULAR 1-ON-1 CHECK INS
You are able to schedule unlimited 15 minute phone calls with your Esthetician for extra guidance and feedback along the way.

+ What if I need to reschedule or miss an appointment?
We created the program with some scheduling flexibility in mind so as long as you try to stick as close to the above timeline as possible or within a week you should remain on track. If you think it may be longer than that please alert your Acne Expert so they can advise you. Staying consistent with your products is the most important part of the program so keep that in mind and try not to miss a day of your regimen.
+ What if I experience sensitivity to my product regimen?
It’s to be expected to have some sensitivity during the acclimation process. Refer to your what to expect booklet for guidance. You can also take a break from your retinol serum for a night if needed and just apply your moisturizer. If your skin is still feeling sensitive contact your Acne Expert for guidance.
+ I have a question regarding my product regimen or something else, who do I contact?
Reach out to your Acne Expert and they will be able to answer any questions you may have.
+ How do I prep for my Pro-Peel?
Continue to use your products as outlined by your Acne Expert leading up to your peel this ensures the most optimal result. Contact them if you have gone off of your product or had recent sun exposure as they may need to postpone your peel until your skin is properly prepped.
